Being witchy is an ‘in’ thing now and everyone wants to be Sabrina the teenage witch! So its no surprise the halloween theme is Spellbound. If you notice, all the 5 products received today are in FULL SIZE! So lets het to it!

1. Becca shimmering skin perfector pressed in shade Prosecco Pop.

Becca is quite well known for the collaboration with Jaclyn Hill when it comes to their highlights. This is Prosecco pop, a gold tone highlight suitable for all skin shade to highlight with. Their highlighters are not chunky and are smooth to the touch.

2. Tarte Tarteist lip paint in shade Salty.

Salty is a peachy nude shade which i find too light for me as a nude lipstick colour. The peachy shade will throw my warm asian skin tone into dangerous yellow territory and then sometimes make me look washed out.

3. Jonteblu lip liner in shade 955 spice.

This lip liner is in a brown nude shade that will blend in well with the Tarte lip paint in Salty. The pencil tip is soft and glides on well for the swatch without tugging harshly on the skin. (Swatch below)

4. Dirty little secret Eyeshadow Crayon in shade Illusion.

Illusion is a really soft & pretty rose gold colour!! Normally i do not like eyeshadowj crayons because they are hard to blend without disappearing totally. But this is an exception that i am willing to try. The crayon is smooth and glides on well without tugging on the skin. (Swatch below). 

5. Dr Brandt Poredermabrasion Pore Perfecting Scrub.

I have tried the other version of the product in the same scrub family which is the Microdermabrasion age defying exfoliator. Both are pretty similar in appearance, but the texture of the micro ones is much more refined and smaller. However i couldnt really tell the difference between both because they did just as well to remove any white heads and dead skin. (Swatch below)

Overall i think October’s box is awesome with all the full sized products. Apart from the Tarte lip paint i wished there was a more neutral shade instead of a very light nude that wont work well for most skin tones except for very fair and light skin.
